Romance took over our summer, and September carries the sentiment forward. For fans of the genre, The Love Hypothesis is a workplace love affair adapted from Ali Hazelwood’s much-raved novel of the same name. This isn’t your typical office setting though—don your labcoat for this romance in STEM.
Platonic relationships aren’t to be forgotten in Brothers, a show born out of Hollywood rumours. Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson have been playfully regarded as brothers over their decades-long friendship, and it’s this dynamic that takes the spotlight against the rustic backdrop of Austin, Texas.
Closer to home, the fan-favourite Made in Korea returns for a second season. After nine years in the shadows, Goen-yeong returns to exact his revenge on Gi-Tae in this suspenseful thriller. In the politically turbulent landscape of South Korea, only the most influential and power-hungry will emerge victorious. Meanwhile, The Scandal is promising a delicious bit of historical drama starring all the big names, from Son Ye-jin to Nana and Ji Chang-wook. Scandalous, one might say.

The Scandal
