With New York Fashion Week having just wrapped, fashion month is already on to its next stop: London. Running from 17 to 21 September, eyes are now on the next assemblage of spring/summer 2027 shows. And we have a pretty stacked line-up too. This season alone, the programme spans 47 catwalk shows and 23 presentations, with Christopher Kane presenting his first collection for Mulberry since taking the helm of the house earlier this year.
This season does feel a little more special, though, especially with one very familiar name making its way back onto the schedule. After several seasons away, McQueen is back in London, presenting its spring/summer 2027 collection in the city on 20 September and marking Seán McGirr’s first London show for the house since taking the helm in 2024. The homecoming feels especially pertinent given that Lee Alexander McQueen founded the house in London in 1993 and staged some of his most memorable early shows here, before moving his main runway shows to Paris in 2001.
Joining McQueen on the calendar is another British giant, with Burberry returning to close out the week during what also happens to be the brand’s 170th anniversary year. Other anticipated favourites on the schedule include Simone Rocha, Chopova Lowena and Ahluwalia, alongside Susan Fang, who shows on 18 September. Another buzzy name to watch is emerging label and current celeb-favourite Agro Studio, founded by duo Angus Cockram and George Oxby, which already kicked things off on the opening day. Still a relatively young name, the label has already found its way onto some very familiar faces, including Zara Larsson, BTS, Lady Gaga, Pinkpantheress and more.
