New York has come alive for another highly anticipated season, with Connor Ives making his North American debut ‘Across the Pond’, Coach celebrating its 85th birthday with confetti, and Ralph Lauren beginning the season one day ahead of the scheduled roster.
The feverish buzz of it all has extended well beyond the runway, as Filipina tennis star Alex Eala stole the spotlight at Tory Burch, currently ranked No. 18 in the world and due to play in the upcoming Singapore Tennis Open. Ms. Lauryn Hill was another notable—and rare—face spotted in the front row, later delivering a surprise performance of the Fugees classic ‘Ready or Not’ alongside Wyclef Jean at KidSuper. Meanwhile, Sadie Sink and Tate McRae sat side by side in another star-studded front row across town, with the duo both being new faces of Calvin Klein’s ongoing multi-chapter denim campaign.
Thai actors were also out in force, with Phuwin Tangsakyuen, Gemini Norawit and Fourth Nattawat making a splash at Tommy Hilfiger; alongside appearances from Sea Tawinan and Thomas Teetut Chung Manirat at Calvin Klein.
