What does it mean to live well? This was the question at the heart of Vogue Wellness Day.
Hosted at METT Singapore, Vogue Singapore’s inaugural wellness event brought together a community of folks drawn to this very concept of a life well lived—drawing in more than 600 attendees and over 30 speakers from various corners of Asia.
The day saw leading experts, athletes, founders and practitioners for a day dedicated to exploring wellbeing in all its forms. Tucked away amidst the greenery of Fort Canning, the destination provided a fitting backdrop. Home to Madison House‘s social and sporting community, they hosted padel sessions, a morning run club and even a floating sound bath. Meanwhile, The Longevity Suite offered a look at the future of recovery through oxygen and cryotherapy treatments.
Across the day, seven different conversations unfolded; some arriving from around the region to share their insights. With Nadya Hutagalung and Chee Hee Seng among those who were flying in for the occasion—joining conversations that ranged from nutrition to athletic performance, traditional Asian remedies to alternative approaches to fertility. Elsewhere, a panel on burnout and balance featuring Crystal Lim-Lange encouraged guests to reconsider their relationship with stillness, self-awareness and the boundaries in the workplace.
The programme extended well beyond the stage. With a mix of 35 movement classes to choose from, guests participated in padel sessions, sculpt yoga classes, reformer Pilates courtesy of Absolute Pilates and The Reformer Society—and moved with both purpose and style, as Wiskii Active dressed guests in their summer-ready sets for the occasion.
The idea of intentional wellbeing also extended to financial health through the event’s exclusive financial partner, Syfe—a reminder that wellness is often shaped as much by peace of mind as physical practice. This intention extended to those seeking more personalised guidance: GenPrime offered one-on-one consultations for guests interested in learning about their reproductive health and options such as IVF and egg freezing, while Company of Wellness introduced guests to its Signature Wonder Treatment for the hair, scalp and body.
Innovation surfaced in smaller details too. Guests sampled The Purest Co’s collagen peptide matcha, while the sweetest organic kiwis journeyed from New Zealand to Singapore for the inaugural event, courtesy of Zespri. As our exclusive fragrance partner, Chloe infused the day with its signature, summer-ready fragrances; while Vetraska ensured even our furry, four-legged friends had a place within the festivities.
As the sun dipped below the horizon, the crowd let loose with a social Latin salsa dance to close out the immersive day of activities. An intimate dinner followed the event, celebrating the Vogue Singapore team and event participants who helped bring it all together—and proof that sometimes, the best nourishment for the soul is simply community.
Here, a brief snapshot of how the first edition of Vogue Wellness Day went down.
