Tops
For tops, Bey recommends prioritising comfort. “Comfort and accessibility are key for me, especially since I wear activewear daily,” she shares. “I’ve been really into padded tanks paired with a bolero or hoodie—they’re comfy, versatile, and easy to style,” she explains. Her favourites include pieces from Leelo Active, Adidas, and Lululemon.
Tip: Consider both the fit and the fabric when it comes to choosing the right top. Look for materials that offer breathability and stretch, and ensure the top allows for a full range of motion. This will not only enhance your comfort but also improve your performance during your sessions.
Bottoms
For bottoms, Bey prefers tights with a high-waisted, sculpting fit. “When it comes to bottoms, I usually opt for tights—preferably high-waisted and with a sculpting fit,” she says.

Her go-to is a pink bodysuit from Adidas that fits her perfectly, featuring side and back cutouts along with a front zip.

When it comes to accessories, Bey has a few essentials she swears by. “I absolutely love wearing crew socks in the studio! Comfort is definitely a priority for me,” she shares. Her must-have accessory is her Apple Watch, which helps her keep track of time during her back-to-back classes while sifting through notifications without reaching for her phone. Her go-to items include BE. Studios crew grippy socks and her well-loved Adidas crew socks.

Bey keeps her home workout setup simple with just a mat and resistance bands. “I recently created a set of resistance bands with varying levels of resistance for my studio,” she explains, “which work perfectly for me—and they’re easy to store too.”
“In the studio, it’s a whole different story.” she shares. For those looking to upgrade their workout experience, Pilates studios definitely feature a wider range of equipment. For example, at BE.
