Gucci fans, rejoice. You can now get the full Gucci shopping experience wherever, whenever. With the Italian maison’s recently-launched e-commerce store, choose from a roster that includes just about everything—from a collaboration with Balenciaga to lauded beauty products.
Since Alessandro Michele’s appointment as Gucci’s creative director in 2015, the maison has brought current-day maximalist glam to the table, earning its spot as one of pop culture’s most cited labels. It has also found loyal fans in the form of stars like Harry Styles, Diane Keaton and Squid Game’s Lee Jung Jae.
And it’s no wonder. Following Gucci’s announcement that it would be stepping away from the traditional fashion week calendar for good, the brand, which celebrated its centennial anniversary in 2021, has dropped a steady stream of buzzworthy collections. Now, ardent aficionados on our shores can get their hands on pieces from the highly-anticipated Gucci Aria collection, its mini-sequel in the form of The Hacker Project and more.

Choose from a selection that straddles Gucci’s past and present. For the unabashed showstoppers, Gucci Aria offers traditional cuts in shades of bright red, aqua and yellow as per its standout piece: a stretch velvet jacket that pays tribute to predecessor Tom Ford’s reign at the maison. The androgynous ensemble has already made its rounds on A-listers like Gwyneth Paltrow and EXO’s Kai.
The much-hyped Hacker Project also presents a juxtaposing roster of avant-garde and classic pieces, reflecting the individual visions of Balenciaga and Gucci. Featuring familiar silhouettes such as Balenciaga’s Hourglass as well as the Gucci 1955 Horsebit bag with mismatching motifs, the collaboration serves up an edgy-meets-novelty factor for trendsetters. Our favourite piece? The collaboration’s show-stopping love child: the Hourglass bag with Balenciaga’s Flora print splashed across Gucci’s matelassé canvas, which audaciously challenges the blasé use of floral prints for spring.

Have a taste for classics instead? Choose from tailored blazers in tweed and wool or knitted mini dresses from the brand’s ready-to-wear collection. Gucci Beloved showcases the house’s signature handbag lines, including well-loved accessories such as the GG Marmont and the Dionysus. And in case you missed it: Michele also resurrected Lady Diana’s go-to bamboo handle tote in July of last year, reinterpreted in lively colours and topped off with detachable fluorescent bands across the handles.
