Ouai Melrose Place Leave In Conditioner
While I’m a firm believer that scent has no place in skincare, that’s definitely not the case for my hair products. One of the biggest plus points for Ouai’s Melrose Place Leave In Conditioner is undoubtedly its fragrance: delicious berry, lychee and pink peppercorn come through distinctly, imbuing strands with a delectably fruit bouquet all while intensely hydrating your mane. For those dealing with humidity-related frizz or dryness in general, look to this bad boy for an instantaneous fix; a fuss-free solution that also helps strengthen and reinforce damaged locks thanks to the inclusion of hydrolysed proteins. — Emily Heng, beauty editor

Dior Capture Pro-Collagen Shot
With chronically dark, heavy under-eye bags, I’ve tried virtually everything in pursuit of looking more well-rested. Dior’s collagen- and polymer-infused formula is one of the first to make a discernible difference, as their OX-C Treatment technology uses patented polymers to help rejuvenate collagen-depleted skin. The cool metal applicator depuffs while allowing for precise application around fine lines and wrinkles; a small, thoughtful detail that truly goes the distance. The real test? On makeup-free days, friends and family—unaware I was testing it—have commented on how good my under-eyes look, despite my sleep remaining unchanged. — Agnes Shu, digital writer

Natasha Denona Mini Bloom Palette
She’s small, but she’s a winner! In my books, a solid palette is transmutable—for any occasion under the sun. That is precisely what Natasha Denona’s Mini Bloom Palette offers, with five spectacular hues that meld beautifully together when needed. There are three mattes across varying shades from a light pink to a mauve and deeper brick, and they travel well. Meanwhile, the glitters are on double duty: a pink metallic quad that gives a pretty enough sheen for a casual afternoon soirée,whilst another that gives a pearlescent finish which really dials it up a notch, imbued with visible specks of foil. Whether you’re an eyeshadow beginner or pro, the intense pigment and easily blendable nature of these five squares truly makes this feel like a real steal. — Azrin Tan, associate digital editor

Urban Decay 24/7 Liquid Stick Retractable Eyeliner
My day-to-day liner may be a subtle brown-black hybrid, but I’m always on the prowl for more off-beat colours. In my mission to eyemaxx, burgundy seemed like the complementary choice to my dark brown eyes—which is why Wine Spill immediately piqued my interest. The blade-like tip twists up from its sleek packaging, gliding onto the lids and waterlines with precision. Enriched with hyaluronic acid, it’s creamy and blendable without being too slippery or drying. What impressed me most was its opacity—even after many hours in the humidity, the pigment stayed put. Lining all the way around the eyes with this has been my go-to statement look, especially since the nifty in-built brush makes crisp lines easy. — Aileen Liang, beauty writer

Augustinus Bader The Solar Shield SPF 50
It’s rare that a sunscreen product is enjoyable. Usually, one tolerates the feeling of greasy goop on the face or body for the necessary protection it provides. That, however, is not the case with the alarmingly elegant Solar Shield SPF 50 by Augustinus Bader. It lives up to its claim of non-greasy wear, is a joy to apply and reapply on the body, and even has a texture and formulation fine enough to wear on the face. (It’s great for travel as one big do-it-all tube in a checked bag.) In addition to its sun protection chops, Bader formulated this sunscreen with skincare ingredients that improve tone, firmness and texture—a happy treat as you bake in the summer. I tested this out over a week on the beaches in the South of France, and can happily report: no burns whatsoever, just tan, healthy skin that’s soaked up the sun. – Gordon Ng, watches & jewellery editor

Hermès Ginseng Biloba eau de parfum
It’s a spritz that will summon fall. Hermès adds the Ginseng Biloba to its Hermessence line, offering a distinct take on the herbal root that is typically associated with its medicinal properties. Combined with the unique touch of gingko biloba leaves, what emerges is a winding fragrance that takes you on an olfactory journey through the senses. At first whiff, its brightest notes are that of its textured, earthy ginseng—a scent that might hit slightly sharper for some. When it actually settles on my skin however, a different layer blooms from within, flitting between a grassy, woody freshness and something that feels radiant and luminous all at once. — Azrin Tan, associate digital editor
