For anyone whose plans start with a workout session and carry on over brunch, the appeal of a matching workout set needs little explanation. And Wiskii makes it that much easier, with fun matching sets, sports bras that come with scalloped necklines and brightly-coloured pieces that give you plenty to work with when putting an outfit together.
Across its Elegant Scallop edit, curved edges trace the waistbands of leggings and finish the hems of cropped tops. On the High-Waist Scallop Scrunch Legging, the detail appears at the ankles too, repeating the curves of the waistband along each hem. The scallop has become something of a signature for the label, repeated across pieces that can be worn as a coordinated set or paired with clothes you already own.

In the Riviera series, an off-shoulder sports bra leaves the décolletage bare, while contrast trims outline the curves of a halterneck style. You could wear the off-shoulder top with a full skirt, perhaps, or a halter beneath an open shirt. The shade combinations offer their own styling possibilities, from hues of blue to pink paired with a paler blush. There are practical details underneath the decorative ones, too. The scallop scrunch leggings use a nylon and Lycra blend with four-way stretch and moisture-wicking properties, with flat-locked seams for comfort.

That wardrobe accompanied Wiskii to Saint-Tropez this summer, where the brand held its first global pop-up from 20 July to 20 September. Open daily, the space brought together an exclusive edit of its collections, including Elegant Scallop and Flora’s Finest, alongside the Riviera series. The two-month residency marked the label’s first major step into the French market, with visitors able to discover its clothes in person while joining a lineup of wellness sessions by the coast.

Following an opening aperitivo, the programme continued with morning sessions every Tuesday and Friday through 18 September. Guests could join yoga or Pilates, with guided coastal runs and meditation also on the schedule. Breakfast at Bagatelle followed, giving participants time to get to know one another over a meal by the water. Across the summer, the recurring gatherings brought the brand’s community together, with the pop-up offering a daily stop between classes and afternoons at the beach.
With activewear taking up a fair share of our everyday wardrobes, it makes sense that we’re getting more particular about what we wear to work out. And sometimes, a pretty neckline or a cute scalloped hem is just what we need to romanticise the workout and make the rest of the day’s plans feel that much better.
