The Ordinary PHA 5% Exfoliating Lip Serum
When it comes to our lips, it’s often a vital part of our beauty beat. Cue the swathe of lipsticks, lip glosses and even lip plumpers that we have in our arsenal—but what of the skincare department? Just like the skin on our face, it needs tender loving care, and beyond the balms that moisturise our lips, most of us forget exfoliation. Which is where The Ordinary’s solution comes in: it’s gentle and chemical-based, including 5% PHA and 1.5% AHA all to smoothen and remove dead skin. Its high concentration of glycerin also improves hydration—in the long run—which was essentially what my lips that tend to be exceptionally dry needed. With that in mind, this also means better and more precise lipstick application, with my lips being in tip-top shape. — Janice Sim, digital editor

And if that wasn’t enough, it lasts through the day without being overwhelming, settling comfortably on the skin. — Kashish Malani, digital intern
