Supreme is always at the forefront. While the streetwear titan has accustomed us to collaborations with sportswear giants like Nike, the brand also invites fashion houses to infuse their unique savoir faire, including Louis Vuitton, who led the way with a autumn/winter 2017-2018 collection adorned with Supreme’s siren red logo. Now, it’s Yohji Yamamoto‘s turn to infuse his visionary spirit in a collaborative capsule collection.
A collection enhanced with art by Sancheeto and Peter Saville
Yohji Yamamoto has marked fashion since the 1980s with his deconstructed garments, featuring ample and dramatic shapes where neutral shades reign supreme. With Supreme, the Japanese designer has created an autumn/winter 2020-2021 collection, including a leather work jacket, a quilted jacket, a parka, a wool suit, a sweater, a shirt, a hoodie, five t-shirts, and a cap. While the collection is loyal to the DNA of the two brands, certain pieces contain original art by Sancheeto and Peter Saville. The collection is available in stores and on the Supreme e-shop.
