There’s never quite a dull moment with every Loewe show. Through the eyes of creative director Jonathan Anderson, we’ve ventured into the childlike, the subversive and the unorthodox.
As if its top spot on Lyst as the hottest brand in the world last year wasn’t proof of its growing magnitude, the jaw-dropping custom looks for Beyonce’s Renaissance tour kept the fashion arbiters on their toes. While on the red carpet recently, the same effect was applied via sinuous and avant-garde silhouettes as seen on stars like Greta Lee and Aubrey Plaza.
Now, with its upcoming men’s fall/winter 2024 reveal, teaser images featuring facets of face-painted men hint at Anderson’s continued exploration of identity and expression. But as with all Loewe shows, we prefer to hold onto that element of surprise, knowing fully well that comes hand in hand with every new collection. As far as the FROW goes, there’s a good chance of newly-minted ambassador Jamie Dorman showing up alongside familiar friends of the house and respective global ambassadors like Omar Apollo and NCT’s Taeyong.
