Just because the red carpet is being rolled up at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, doesn’t mean the night is over for all the guests who attended the Met Gala tonight. As we speak, prestigious after parties are kicking off all over New York City, set to light up the town into the early hours of the morning.
After gracing the eminent red carpet earlier this evening in flowing ballgowns and impeccably tailored suits, the stars are letting their hair down and stepping into their glittering, show-stopping dancing attire. And in the same way they gave it their all sartorially at the Met—from Jennifer Lopez to Zendaya, Cardi B and Gigi Hadid—they’re dressing in only the best for a night of communal partying.
Naturally, Kendall Jenner was one of the first to debut her post-Met Gala outfit change with not just one, but two angelic white dresses that could not be more different from her daring 2023 getup—a sheer mini playsuit beneath a sporty black crop top and high-cut briefs by Nensi Dojaka. Resuming the theme of her Andreas Kronthaler for Vivienne Westwood lace gown for the Met Gala itself, Jenner’s ethereal Met Gala after party look of the year also came by way of the British fashion house. In her second Met Gala after party look of the evening, the supermodel looked to the Alexander McQueen archive for this dreamy number, which was a part of the late designer’s 1997 collection for Givenchy. Meanwhile, fellow Met Gala veterans Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade switched it up into matching Versace get-ups for the after party, while first-timer Barry Keoghan cemented his love for Burberry with an athletic head-to-toe look.
Ahead, scroll on to see all the best Met Gala after party outfits that your favourite stars are wearing, according to Vogue.
