In the Talisman collection, each piece is reminiscent of a weathered archaeological relic, as if discovered and unearthed. The collection’s core lineup of two-tone medallions are crafted in the image of a well-used coin, with textured surfaces and imperfect lines. Pieces are created with sterling silver and yellow gold plating, and hand-finished with fragments of mother of pearl and cubic zirconia. The charms in this collection are designed with bails, to be worn with chain bracelets and necklaces from the Pandora Me line. This collection also introduces a range of new necklaces and bracelets, in silver and golden colours, and even a two-tone, half-and-half bracelet. The pieces are designed for versatile layering and stacking, and even rings have been designed with reversible faces so there are two sides to choose to wear.
What captures the talismanic essence of the collection is perhaps the Latin wisdom that comes inscribed on each charm. Each one an ancient teaching, the medallion charms feature the name of the zodiac sign and its corresponding glyph on the back. Inscribed on the back of the Virgo charm, for example, is the phrase ‘Animus Invictus’, or ‘unconquered spirit’, reminding over-thinkers to ground themselves in reason.
