As Vogue explores the global theme of ‘Fashion’s New World’ for September, we take you on a journey that borrows from the spirit of surrealism—namely, the prodigal drawing boards of Man Ray and Salvador Dalí—and transport you to a dreamscape anchored by supermodel Lina Zhang and lensed by Singaporean photographer Zantz Han. Zhang’s armour? The season’s illusory offerings, from the serrated silhouettes at Prada to the theatrical tiers at Jean Paul Gaultier.
A year on from Vogue Singapore’s historic NFT issue, we continue to explore the ways in which fashion transcends our physical reality.
