Are you ready for a monumental year of music, K-pop fans? 2026 is shaping up to be a season of long-awaited returns, to say the least. Take, for instance, the return of EXO, who has finally returned to the scene with their album Reverxe—and is kicking off their world tour in April. Meanwhile, K-pop legends BigBang are gearing up for a major comeback, in line with their 20th anniversary—and the first since ‘Still Life’.

Then there are the mega groups BTS and Blackpink—who have also announced their respective group returns to the stage in the first quarter of 2026. Blackpink’s new music comes hot off the heels of their Deadline world tour, which began last July. It was also then that the quartet unveiled their now-hit track ‘Jump’, and if the song was any indication at all, the album is set to be one of the group’s most energetic releases to date.
As for BTS, the upcoming comeback to the music scene is definitely a big one. ARMYs would know that the seven members were reunited for the first time late last year, after each of the boys completed their mandatory military services. And with the album’s title, Arirang, being a nod towards a traditional Korean folk song, fans are expecting to see yet another side of BTS’s diverse musicality at play.
If that wasn’t enough, many other beloved K-pop acts, like Ateez and ZeroBaseOne have confirmed new releases coming our way in the first quarter of 2026. Now, as we march steadily into 2026, Vogue Singapore highlights the most exciting K-pop comebacks to keep on your radar this year.
