Being a WAG (those who are “wives and girlfriends” of professional athletes) means a lot of attention, especially when you’re dating one of Formula One’s biggest stars. But Alexandra Saint Mleux, who has been linked to the 27-year-old Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc since Wimbledon 2023, has more than risen to the occasion—thanks in part to her formidable sense of style.
Most recently, Saint Mleux appeared alongside the Monégasque racer at last week’s China Grand Prix in Shanghai. For the occasion, she wore multiple modern interpretations of cheongsam by Hong Kong-based brand Sau Lee: a black high-neck dress with red frog fasteners, and a black velvet midi with a thigh-high slit and exaggerated keyhole with black faster.
Perhaps the most endearing part of Saint Mleux’s WAG style is its relative accessibility; Take the fluttery ruffled olive green Reformation maxi dress with a matching scarf that she wore to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix last year, or the red With Jéan vest festooned with a rose that she donned in Miami. Sure, maybe not everyone can spring for the navy Alessandra Rich dress with white polka-dots and a Pierrot-esque collar from her Spanish Grand Prix outing, but it’s easily replicable.
