What does self-care mean to you?
KSH: I do believe that self-care has to do, to some extent, with improving your outer appearance, but I also feel that it has more to do with taking care of your inner self. In order to do this, I think it is essential that you know yourself well. This way, you’ll be able to treat and take care of yourself well.

Do you have a go-to wellness activity that helps you relax and reduce stress?
KSH: When I wake up, the first thing I do is drink water as much as possible. I think being active is really good for your health, too. So if possible, I try to take a stroll outside in the park to breathe in some fresh air outside.
What are your thoughts on prevention with regard to skincare, and when do you think one should start on an anti-ageing routine or treatments?
KSH: Personally, I feel that it is ideal to start as early as possible. In my case, I started my career when I was very young, and I was exposed to a lot of harmful pollutants around me. Because of this, it has dawned on me that it is essential to maintain your complexion when it is in a good state. You have to continue to treat it well, as much as you can.
What is your definition of beauty, personally?
KSH: Well, of course when you think of beauty at a glance, appearance is important. But I do think it is crucial to look inward, too, and it’s important to know yourself and love yourself so you can live with more confidence.
