If gift-giving isn’t your primary love language, Najwa Nimri‘s fictional customer service might come in handy. This Christmas, Bimba Y Lola has ushered in the spirit of giving with a charming short film titled ‘Hola, Bimba Y Lola’ starring the Money Heist actress, alongside Jon Kortajarena as a heartbroken (and Taurus!) delivery man, and surprise—a cameo by Pamela Anderson as herself. Nimri plays an astute customer service operator during the festive period, dispensing tailored advice on exactly what to say in a Christmas card to your ex.

Directed by Virgili Jubero, the two-part film captures the quirky characters we put in charge of sending our loved (or dumped) ones that special gift. “Leo and Taurus are an awful combination,” Nimri tells a forlorn caller matter-of-factly, decked out in blingy accessories we can see ourselves wearing well past Christmas, and into New Year’s Eve.

But it’s the film’s second half that leaves us with the true meaning of Christmas—no spoilers here, but the heartwarming ending involves tears, onions amidst a seriously covetable stash of holiday-ready gear. From Kortajarena’s dance moves to Anderson’s surprise cameo, it’s clear what a Bimba Y Lola Christmas is all about: connection, chemistry and sentimentality.
