Some may refer to couples as a ‘match made in heaven’, but this pair proves otherwise. Netflix‘s latest K-drama brings My Demon, a romantic comedy with a fantasy twist starring Song Kang and Kim Yoo-jung. It’s a clash of devilish charm as Do Do-hee, a cool-headed and cynical heiress signs a marriage contract with pitiless demon Jeong Gu-won, in an attempt to regain the powers he lost after meeting her. A stumbling blind date causes them to cross paths, and as all romantic comedies go, the rest is history.
For K-drama heartthrob Song Kang, My Demon is the latest addition to his rom-com list, where he took the lead in Love Alarm, Nevertheless and Forecasting Love and Weather, to name a few. We’ll be seeing a new side of Kim Yoo-jung, who claims a broad repertoire. From riveting historical dramas to youthful slice of life, the actress has yet to reveal the cold-hearted charm of a rising chaebol. My Demon duly notes that, as Kim deftly transforms into one.
Undeniable chemistry blooms on-screen amidst captivating glances and playful banter. One thing that certainly stands out? Do Do-hee’s stylish outfits, fitting for the affluent heiress. And one only needs elegant hair and make-up to match—something the chaebol scored in every scene, exuding an unusually angelic aura.
Below, take a look at the best beauty moments from My Demon.

Smart casual
It’s a ‘business in the front, party in the back’ situation for Do-hee, with a simple yet chic half-up hairstyle, giving her fringe a soft curl for the perfect curtain bangs.
2 / 5
Berry rouge
As the drama’s plot heightens, things are taken up a notch and that stands true, albeit a subtle one, to Do-hee’s beauty looks as well.
3 / 5
Pulled back
For her blind date with Gu-won, Do-hee opts for a low ponytail for ease. Looping a tendril around the base of her ponytail adds an elegant touch, while front pieces frame her face for a softer contrast to her otherwise cold facade.

Elevated eyes
As the heiress of a mighty conglomerate, Do-hee is constantly on the go juggling her endless responsibilities. She opts for warm-toned neutrals and subtle liner on the eyes, creating a versatile yet elevated look.

Bejeweled bride
Though not a real bride, Do-hee certainly looked the part. A bejeweled set of earrings and a necklace paired immaculately with her bridal look—with gold shimmer adorning her peepers and a bold red lip.
