Premiere in Singapore
Following its inauguration at Salone del Mobile in Milan, ABITO makes its global premiere in Singapore, curated by Ludovica Serafini and Roberto Palomba of Palomba Serafini Associati. The exhibition brings more than a century of fashion, furniture and social change into dialogue, revealing how women’s lives and what they wear reflect evolving ideas of freedom, identity and agency.
Spanning 1900 to today, the Quinto-Tinarelli Collection reveals changing attitudes towards the body, identity and self-expression.
A chair, an interior or an everyday object is never simply aesthetic. Each reveals something about how people lived, worked, expressed themselves and challenged convention.
Together, fashion and design reflect a larger story. The exhibition invites us to look beyond the objects themselves and consider what they reveal about identity, freedom, social change and the way we choose to live.
