Here’s the full price list for the H&M Conscious Exclusive AW20 Collection

“For AW20, we really wanted to be trailblazers—pushing the limits of creativity and sustainable fashion—by focusing on waste. As a result, the pieces in this collection are crafted from truly amazing materials produced from waste,” said Ann-Sofie Johansson, creative advisor at H&M, of the Swedish fashion brand’s latest Conscious Exclusive collection.

H&M is no stranger to sustainable materials, having launched its Conscious Exclusive line in 2012, the eco-conscious-focused line has made great strides in its efforts to move towards circular production—“closing the loop” in fashion, as they say. The autumn/winter 2020 collection sees a move towards using material made from waste, as Johansson mentioned—it utilises natural fibres processed from food crop waste, sustainably sourced wood pulp, and even uses fibres from previously manufactured garments.

The results are stunning: evening gowns that look as if they were made from much more expensive fabrics have been fashioned from recycled polyester to stunning effect (see: the pale green dress richly textured all over with floral details); gorgeous jacquard pieces that have also been made from recycled polyester; and tops and suits made from a proprietary cellulosic yarn that feels as comfortable on the skin as any organic cotton.
