On morning rituals
Depending on what’s on the agenda for the day, after showering, I do my skincare routine; wash my face, moisturise and put on my SPF. Most mornings I alternate between a smoothie or tea. I make my smoothies myself—I’m always experimenting. Right now, it’s oats, granola, almond peanut butter, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, a bit of spinach, honey and almond milk.
On her skincare routine
In the morning I use my Youth To The People Face Cleanser, Estée Lauder DayWear Moisturiser Creme SPF 15 or my Supergoop! SPF, lip balm, or the Estée Lauder Pure Color Envy Lip Oil. Then I’m good to go. I’m a very simple girl. Especially if I’m going to work out, I’m going to sweat anyway, so I just come back and do the same thing. My morning routine is basically the same as my nighttime routine, I keep it simple.
